Date Selection and Caterers
After securing a date for a
special event, it is required that your catering
arrangements be confirmed with a representative of
Alcoholic beverages of any kind brought onto the facility’s premises are strictly prohibited.
Deposits & Payments
A 25% deposit of the total rental fee is required to be paid upon signing an event contract. Any deposit made will be applied towards the final bill. Final balance including any additional charges incurred must be paid on or before the day of the function.
Minimum Charge Requirements & Time Restrictions

Meetings, Rehearsal Dinners to Receptions and
Room charge is $500.00 for use up to five hours. Starting time is stipulated in the contract. Room availability begins at 8:00am and extends through midnight. Prices are subject to change at any time. Guaranteed pricing will be honored 30 days prior to the function.

Linen table cloths and linen
napkins - $150 charge. A variety of colors available.
Bar Service & Pricing
Cancellation 30 days or greater
will receive deposit returned in full.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the function will forfeit the prepaid deposit.
DecorationsDecorations, flowers and centerpieces may be brought into the facility. In order to prevent damage to the facility, items may not be attached with nails, staples, tape or any other substance. Please review your decoration requirements with a representative of
